A look forward to 2026

2026 is just around the corner and for Ryan and I it's probably going to be even busier than 2025!

Firstly we have the launch of our first title, 'The Adventures of R.Sole: Nothing, Nowhere and Not at the Same Time' (a mouthful we know but... well, that's the title) which is our love letter to the zany, irreverent and plucky Point and Clicks of the 90's.

It's a comedy about an average guy thrown into a completely un-average situation where, sarcasm, impatience and a general disdain for other humans could actually come in handy. A dimension hopping quest to save the multiverse while trying not to upset everybody he meets.

It's an episodic adventure that will continue past Part 1 and into the future!

And then there's 'Icarus Noir: Binary Blues'.

This will be something much more serious in nature. A point and click Detective-Cyber-Noir mystery set on an Earth colony in the distant future. Abner Morgan is an ex-military agent now slumming around the seedier parts of Xerborous City as a private investigator. Tired and jaded he can't help but cling to a final spark of hope and humanity in a world where everything and everyone has become a code in the algorithm of trade and commerce.

The story is written (pretty much) and I'm now testing out the overall art style and animations to give the game the best animated and cinematic feel possible.

We can't wait to share more with you and we should, hopefully, have a demo in Quarter 3 of 2026.

So that's just a quick update on where we are. The new demo for The Adventures of R.Sole' will be available on Steam in January with a full game release planned for a little later in the year.

Now... I've got some serious last minute shopping to do... where did I put my list? It's not in my inventory so maybe I haven't picked it up yet? Better check all the hotspots around the house and see if I can advance this quest a little...
